Being rather bashful, Cara is hard to describe unless you know her very well. She is friendly and smiles almost incessantly, but she also has a serious side and is a pretty deep thinker. She is quite persistent and will usually give her full attention to any physical task ahead of her. While she does well in her studies, she many times lets her mind wander, making the studies take longer than they should.
Cara enjoys reading, drawing, walking, whistling, dabbling in piano, and playing games with her family. She loves dogs and tries to make friends out of every canine she meets. She likes to be around her few, but very close, friends and do things with them. She also has a special like for teddy bears and music boxes. Most of all, she loves her Lord and Savior and enjoys resting in His presence.
Thinking about nursing as a future career, Cara is nonetheless content to stay where God has placed her for the moment. She has been learning the lesson of living in the moment rather than in the future and the past. Meanwhile, she hopes to work on her Ivorian cuisine during her remaining time in Cote d'Ivoire .
